অন্তঃবিভাগঃ
 
১। ভর্তিকৃত গর্ভবর্তী  মহিলাদেরকে এএনসি এবং পিএনসি সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
২। প্রতিবন্ধী, প্রসূতী ও মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের জন্য আলাদা ভাবে বিছানা চালু আছে।
৩। অন্তঃবিভাগে দৈনিক ঔষধের তালিকা টানানো আছে।
৪। নরমাল ও সিজারিয়ান ডেলিভেরী করানো হয়।
৫। পোষ্ট অপারেটিভ রোগীদের প্রতিদিন ড্রেসিং করানো হয়।
৬। চিকিৎসকের ব্যবস্থা পত্রানুযায়ী  সকল রোগীদের ঔষধ সময়মত খাওয়ানো হয়।
৭। ভর্তিকৃত রোগীর অবস্থা অবনতি হলে তাকে উচ্চতর চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রতিষ্ঠানে রেফার করা হয়। 
৮। ভর্তিকৃত রোগীদেরকে অন-লাইনে রেজিট্রেশন করা হয়।
৯। আইএমসিআই, ইএমওসি, ডায়রিয়া ও সাধারণ সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
 
জরুরী বিভাগঃ
 
১। জরুরী  বিভাগে আগত সকল রোগীদের প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদান করা হয় এবং প্রয়োজনে অন্তঃবিভাগে ভর্তি করা হয়।
২। বিষক্রিয়ায় আক্রান্ত, মারামারী, সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা  ও অন্যান্য রোগীদের প্রয়োজনে উচ্চতর সেবা প্রতিষ্ঠানে রেফার করা হ্য়।
৩। ০১৭৩০-৩২৪৬২৮ নম্বরে কল করে যে কেই সেবা পেতে পারে। 
৪। ২৪ ঘন্টা জরুরী সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
 
বর্হিঃবিভাগঃ
 
১। প্রতিদিন আগত রোগীদের রোগ অনুযায়ী  বিভিন্ন সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
২। গাইনী, চর্ম ও যৌন, ডেন্টাল ইত্যাদি সেকশনে সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
৩। আইএমসিআই ও পুষ্টি কর্ণার চালু আছে।
৪। ব্রেষ্ট ফিডিং কর্ণার চালু আছে।
৫। এএনসি ও পিএনসি কর্ণার চালু আছ।
৬। ভায়া কর্ণারে সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
৭। বর্হিঃবিভাগে স্বাস্থ্য শিক্ষা সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
 
ওটি কার্যক্রমঃ
 
বর্তমানে অত্র হাসপাতালে সিজারিয়ান সেকশন চালু আছে। টনসিল, হার্নিয়া, হাইড্রোলসিল, টিউমার, এ্যাপেন্ডিসাইটিস সহ যে কোন মাইনর অপারেশন করা হয়।
 
বিবিধ কার্যক্রমঃ
 
১। প্যাথলজী  বিভাগে বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষার তালিকা মূল্যসহ দেওয়া আছে।
২। যক্ষা রোগীদের কফ বিনা মূল্যে পরীক্ষা করা হয় এবং বিনা মূল্যে ঔষধ প্রদান করা হয়। 
৩। কুষ্ঠ রোগীদের বিনা মূল্যে ঔধষ প্রদান করা হয়।
৪। হাসপাতালে সপ্তাহে ২দিন ইপিআই টিকা প্রদান করা হয়।
৫। দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক, মাসিক বিভিন্ন প্রতিবেদন সমূহ অন-লাইনে পূরণ করা হয়।
৬। সকল কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীদের তথ্য অন-লাইনে দেওয়া আছে।
৭। সকল কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীগণ ইলেকট্রনিক হাজিরা মেশিনে হাজিরা দিয়ে থাকেন। 
৮। সকল চিঠিপত্র ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে আদান প্রদান করা হয়।
৯। ইসিজি সেবা চালু আছে।
 
বর্তমানে জীন-এক্সপার্ট মেশিনের সাহায্যে যক্ষা রোগ নির্ণয় করা হয়।
 
১। ৪৮ টি কমিউনিটি ক্লিনিক ও ইউনিয়ন উপ-স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্রে সরকারী ছুটির দিন ব্যাতিত প্রত্যেক দিন প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্টির স্বাস্থ্য সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
২। রুটিন ইপিআই এর মাধ্যমে সকল শিশুদের ইপিআই টিকা প্রদান করা হয় এবং ১৫-৪৯ বছর বয়সী সকল মহিলাদেরকে টিডি টিকা দেওয়া হয়।

Intersection
 
1. ANC and PNC services are provided to admitted pregnant women.
2. There are separate beds for the disabled, midwives and freedom fighters.
3. There is a list of daily medicines in the inter-department.
4. Normal and caesarean delivery is done.
5. Post operative patients are given daily dressings.
6. All the patients are given the medicine on time as per the doctor's prescription.
7. If the condition of the admitted patient deteriorates, he is referred to a higher medical care institution.
8. Admitted patients are registered online.
9. IMCI, EMOC, diarrhea and general services are provided.
 
Emergency department:
 
1. All patients who come to the emergency department are provided first aid and are admitted to the inpatient department if necessary.
2. Patients suffering from poisoning, fights, road accidents and other needs are referred to higher care institutions.
3. Anyone can get the service by calling 01730-324728.
4. 24 hours emergency service is provided. External:
1. Different services are provided to the patients who come every day according to the disease.
2. Services are provided in gynecology, dermatology and sex, dental etc. sections.
3. IMCI and Nutrition Corner are open.
4. Breast feeding corner is on.
5. ANC and PNC corners are open.
6. Services are provided at Vaya Corner.
7. Health education services are provided in the external department.
 
OT activities:
 
There is a caesarean section in the hospital at present. Any minor operation including tonsils, hernia, hydrocele, tumor, appendicitis is performed.
 
Miscellaneous activities:
 
1. The list of various tests in the pathology section is given along with the price.
2. Tuberculosis patients are tested for sputum free of cost and given free medicine.
3. Leprosy patients are given free medicine.
4. EPI vaccination is given at the hospital 2 days a week.
5. Daily, weekly, monthly various reports are filled on-line.
6. Information of all officers / employees is given online.
7. All officers / employees attend the electronic attendance machine.
8. All correspondence is exchanged via e-mail.
9. ECG service is on.
 
At present TB is diagnosed with the help of gene-expert machines.
 
1. Health services for marginalized people are provided in 46 community clinics and union sub-health centers every day except public holidays.
2. All children are given EPI vaccine through routine EPI and all women aged 15-49 are given TD vaccine.
